Living with joint pain Product is not good. It wads up during every use. Can't straighten out so it's uncomfortable. Worst pad I have ever used

Sore Back This pad only has one setting and it is barely warm enough to do anything. I regret getting this and would rather have a hot water bottle that I can actually feel working.

Lele DIY-er I admit, I'm addicted to using my heating pad... gotta have it! When I was younger I started using a heating pad because when I had cramps, the heat helped. Eventually I just started using the pad in the winter to keep warm and still do because we keep our heat low. But now I'm using it for arthritis pain I have in my hands (heberdeen nodules) and for the occasional neck, shoulder and back pains from the yard work, etc. So far this is the best heating pad I've been able to find. Every pad I've checked has had the auto-shut-off feature which I don't like, this one doesn't. The only thing I don't like about this pad is that there is only one setting, off and on

(I wish they would go back to making them with low, medium & high settings, though, you rarely need high). At times it can feel like it gets too hot and then I have to remove it for awhile and then when I put it back on it is normal again. As long as you don't sleep with it I think you'll be okay. I've been using mine for years and haven't had any problems.

SUZ MY SECONDARY PROGRESSIVE MS STATUS RENDERS ME WITH TEMPERATURE IRREGULARITIES, SO MY LOWER BACK PAIN AND CHILLS ARE ELEVIATED WITH THIS HEATING PAD'S USE.

Erica Looks bigger in picture then actual size

the cover buttom broke 1st day

I like the fact it does not turn off auto

but this could be a hazard for an elderly person

overall does the job if heat is needed for

only a specific small area

Runner1234 I love to keep this at work, and use throughout the day. I love to run, but after sitting in my desk all day, my back is usually very sore. This is a great way to aleviate some of the soreness I feel! It's also great once the weather starts cooling off. Heats up very quickly.

Sore Shoulder I have had this heating pad plugged in for 20 mintes and its still not that hot. The cover is cheap and doesn't fit the pad well. I'm returning this as soon as I can.

JanDi122 The product would be perfect, except that there are no heat settings, and it gets to hot/hot very quickly. I needed a heating pad that I could use on the low setting for a longer time. It should say on the box that there are no heat settings. I feel like I was ripped off. JB TEXAS
